Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily accounting tasks, including financial data entry, record keeping, and banking operations.

- Prepare reports and tools to guide clients in their cash management. Advise clients to maintain optimal cash flow.

- Review tax returns and government reports in accordance with current regulations. Prepare annual tax reports.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Develop and analyze budget reports.

- Collaborate with other team members to resolve accounting issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

- B.A.A. in accounting or a related field, 3-5 years of experience

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Good knowledge of Xero and/or Quickbooks and Excel platforms

- Ideally, knowledge of DT Max, DEXT, and Fathom

- Ability to communicate effectively

- Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written
