What do tax credit optimization services include?
Following an analysis of the various data related to your operations and the hierarchical structure of the company (jobs, positions, salaries, etc.), we are able to suggest the various tax credits for which you qualify at both government levels. We handle all the clerical work, and you will have a precise estimate of the credits to which you are eligible (current year and/or retroactively).
What is your policy regarding contract termination?
As long as we have 1 month's notice, there are no termination fees for the contract.
Does On Compte have liability insurance?
We have a liability insurance coverage of 1 million dollars for 6 years following the services rendered.
What do payroll management services include?
We handle the payroll process at every step. This includes regular payroll processing, any changes (salaries, deductions, etc.), creation of records of employment, addition of employees, sending of slips 1 and T4, and the production of summary 1. With a view to automation and efficiency, we are also working to find integrations to facilitate payroll accounting processing.
Is it possible to transition to On Compte if we are using another accounting software besides Xero?
Yes, it is entirely possible. The transition may require a longer timeframe, but we have the expertise to do it.
